Hi Elizabeth,

I found your blog via Crazy Mom Quilts and really like your projects. I've seen this list around a lot lately--maybe I'll have to do it myself. I'm pretty impressed that you've eaten roadkill!!

I wanted to let you know that a clotted cream tea is not actually referring to tea made with clotted cream--which does sound disgusting. But--a cream tea is a type of traditional English dining experience. Usually they are only served until the early afternoon and consist of tea and scones. The scones are served with a variety of jams and toppings and clotted cream is one of them. It is not gross at all--basically it tastes like a less tart, slightly runnier cream cheese or maybe marscapone. It's especially tasty to spread some clotted cream on a scone and then top with jam. Yum.
